Scholarships for the CFA Program are available on a limited basis through some universities and CFA Institute local Member Societies. Information about these scholarships can be obtained from the CFA Institute website.

CFA Society Scholarships:
- Ten recipients are selected by CFA North Carolina Society volunteers each year. Scholarships are intended for candidates living in North Carolina and whose employers will not pay for their participation in the CFA Program. If the applicant is an undergraduate student, they must be in their final year and scheduled to receive a US bachelor’s degree. Scholarships will not be awarded to officers, directors or employees of the CFA North Carolina Society nor their immediate family members.
· Scholarships are available at Levels I, II, and III.
· Recipients will enjoy a substantially reduced fee structure.
· Program enrollment fees are waived entirely.
· Exam registration fees are reduced.
· Scholarships help local investment professionals to attract the best and brightest young people to our profession.
