Scott Steele, CFA
Chief Financial Officer
Scott Steele is the Chief Financial Officer at Imprint, focused on maintaining the financial health and well-being of Imprint and its partner companies. In this role, Scott provides custom financial models for each partner firm to provide the framework necessary to make informed decisions in recruiting and acquisitions. Scott works with each partner firm to evaluate new recruiting opportunities, monitor KPIs, and ensure that all financial decisions are being made within an analytical framework.
Prior to his work at Imprint, Scott was a co-founder and Director of Finance at Concurrent Advisors, driving growth and enhanced value for clients by recruiting and hiring premier financial advisors. During his time at the organization, assets grew from $1.1 billion to more than $4 billion. Additionally, Scott has worked as a Succession Planning & Acquisitions Senior Consultant at Raymond James overseeing merger and acquisition consulting, cash flow analysis, deal structuring and due diligence.
Scot began his career at Raymond James, working as an Options Analyst before moving to Eagle Asset Management where he served as a Research Associate on the Fixed Income Team, maintaining and improving financial models tied to internal credit ratings.
Scott is a graduate of Florida State University’s College of Business where he earned an M.S. in Finance and a B.S. in Finance & Economics. Additionally, Scott is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) and enjoys golfing and watching Florida State football.
Chief Revenue Officer
Nate Lenz is the Chief Revenue Officer at Imprint focusing on business development and specializing in the areas of experienced advisor recruiting, M&A, and practice management. By bringing new RIAs and partner firms to Imprint, he continues to drive the organization forward, helping these emerging businesses to think strategically and realize their potential.
Nate is a co-founder of Concurrent Advisors, an Imprint partner firm with over $4 Billion in AUM and over $10 Billion in Institutional AUA. Under Nate’s strategic direction, Concurrent added 32 advisors in under 24 months, establishing it as the fasted growing firm on the Raymond James platform. Prior, Nate was Vice President of Succession Planning & Acquisitions at Raymond James Financial Services, Inc. Joining the firm in 2011, Nate led an in-house consulting team responsible for providing support to the 3,800+ independent financial advisors affiliated with RJFS in both the independent broker/dealer and RIA custodian channels. Expanding the team's role into the recruiting sphere in 2014, Nate was responsible for advisor joins totalling over $35 million in gross revenue and over $7 billion in assets under administration. He began his career as an Analyst for Credit Suisse.
Nate graduated from Columbia University with a B.A. in Economics and was a 3-year starter at fullback on the football team. In his spare time, he enjoys fishing and playing soccer with his son, Matthew. He holds his Series 66 license.
